The challenge
The hotel needed fast, reliable Wi-Fi in every room and public area, a secure network for reception, POS and back-office systems, room phones and full surveillance, all managed by a small IT team.
The Navijin solution
Navas delivered a turnkey Navijin network for the property.
- Wi-Fi access points in rooms, corridors, lobby, restaurants and pool areas
- Gateway and AC controller with guest captive portal and per-user bandwidth control
- Layer 3 PoE switches powering access points, IP phones and cameras
- IP phones for rooms, reception and departments
- IP cameras and NVRs for entrances, lobby, corridors and parking
The result
Guests get consistent Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, hotel systems run on a separate secure network, and the IT team manages Wi-Fi, switches and cameras from one place.
