Report a Security Issue

 

If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in any Navijin product, service, or website, please report it to us responsibly.

- Description of the vulnerability

- Affected product or service

- Steps to reproduce the issue

- Proof of concept (if available)

- Your contact information

 

Response Commitment:

- Acknowledgment within 48 hours

- Investigation and validation by our security team

- Regular updates on progress

- Notification upon resolution

 

Responsible Disclosure Guidelines:

- Act in good faith

- Avoid privacy violations

- Do not exploit vulnerabilities beyond proof of concept

- Do not access or modify user data

- Do not disrupt services

 

Out of Scope:

- Issues requiring physical access

- Social engineering attacks

- Spam or phishing unrelated to Navijin

- Denial-of-service attacks without impact evidence

 

Safe Harbor:

Navijin will not take legal action against researchers who follow this policy and act responsibly.

 

Optional:

Navijin may recognize or reward valid security findings.
